Goal

Complete the verification steps your org needs before scaling outbound and trust-sensitive support operations.

Before you start

  • Gather your legal business information.
  • Confirm which email address and phone number should represent the org in verification flows.

Step 1: submit the organisation details

In Settings > Verification:
  • enter the legal business name
  • add the registration number
  • add the legal country and website
  • submit the legal profile for review

Step 2: verify the email

  • request the verification code
  • confirm the code from the correct mailbox
  • verify that the status updates in the console

Step 3: verify the sandbox phone

  • enter the phone number
  • request the verification code
  • confirm the code to validate ownership

What good looks like

  • the org profile is fully submitted
  • the email and phone verification timestamps are present
  • the team knows which contact points are approved for future workflows
