Complete the verification steps your org needs before scaling outbound and trust-sensitive support operations.Before you start
- Gather your legal business information.
- Confirm which email address and phone number should represent the org in verification flows.
Step 1: submit the organisation details
InSettings > Verification:
- enter the legal business name
- add the registration number
- add the legal country and website
- submit the legal profile for review
Step 2: verify the email
- request the verification code
- confirm the code from the correct mailbox
- verify that the status updates in the console
Step 3: verify the sandbox phone
- enter the phone number
- request the verification code
- confirm the code to validate ownership
What good looks like
- the org profile is fully submitted
- the email and phone verification timestamps are present
- the team knows which contact points are approved for future workflows
