What it does

Sippet’s Discord integration turns selected Discord spaces into AI-assisted support surfaces. Use it to:
  • watch channels where users ask product questions
  • connect a workspace to a specific AI agent
  • choose when the agent should reply
  • collect approved examples that improve support quality over time

The Discord setup flow includes:
  • workspace bindings: the connected Discord workspaces or guilds
  • channel bindings: which channels Sippet should listen to and reply in
  • reply mode: whether to answer only on mention/question patterns or consider broader activity
  • examples: approved question-and-answer examples for the integration
  • backfill: history sync to seed context from earlier channel activity
