What this area is for

Use integrations to extend Sippet beyond voice and the core console. Today, the main customer-facing integrations are:
  • WhatsApp: continue support conversations over chat with linked sender accounts
  • Discord: monitor support channels and let AI agents reply with moderation-aware behavior
  • GitHub: give AI agents access to repository and issue context for product-aware support

How integrations fit into Sippet

  • Channels like WhatsApp bring customer conversations into Sippet
  • Knowledge integrations like GitHub give AI agents fresher product context
  • Community integrations like Discord let you meet users where they already ask questions

Current integrations

WhatsApp

Set up a sender account, scan a QR code to pair it, and use WhatsApp as a support channel tied to the same contact history.

Discord

Install the bot, connect a workspace, choose reply behavior, and assign an AI agent to support channels.

GitHub

Connect repositories, review sync status, and attach repo context to AI agents that answer product questions.

How to connect each one

WhatsApp

  1. Open the WhatsApp or messaging area in the console.
  2. Create an organisation-scoped sender account.
  3. Start pairing and scan the generated QR code from WhatsApp on your phone.
  4. Confirm the account reaches a connected state before using it for outbound support.

Discord

  1. Open the Discord integration area.
  2. Install or connect the Discord app for your workspace.
  3. Create the workspace binding and then add channel bindings.
  4. Assign an AI agent and start with a conservative reply mode.

GitHub

  1. Open the GitHub integration area.
  2. Connect the GitHub app installation for your org or repository owner.
  3. Choose the repositories Sippet should access.
  4. Bind the repositories to the right AI agents and review sync health.

When to use which integration

  • Choose WhatsApp when support needs a direct customer messaging channel.
  • Choose Discord when users ask product questions in a shared community or support server.
  • Choose GitHub when AI agents need current issue and repository context before answering.
