Goal
Connect your own AI provider key and validate that Sippet can use it for realtime support work.Before you start
- Choose the provider you want to standardize on first.
- Store the key securely before entering it into the console.
Step 1: add the provider key
InSettings > AI Providers:
- choose the provider
- paste the API key
- save the credential
Step 2: confirm the status
Review:- whether the provider shows as connected
- whether there are any recent errors
- whether the correct key is attached to the org
Step 3: assign the provider in agent configuration
After the key is connected:- update the AI agent to use the provider and model you want
- run a test session before publishing or promoting the agent live
What good looks like
- the provider shows as connected
- agents can run successful tests with the chosen model
- your org can change providers without rewriting support workflows
