What it is

A custom mailbox lets your org receive and send support email through a branded domain while keeping the workflow inside Sippet.

In Settings > Emails & SMTP you can manage:
  • inbound mailboxes
  • sender identities
  • listener settings
  • mailbox-level metadata such as default AI-agent ownership

Key concepts

  • Inbound domain: the domain Sippet listens for
  • MX target: the routing target your email setup points at
  • Sender identity: the visible from-address and owner
  • Default AI agent: the agent that can be associated with the mailbox workflow
