Goal
Invite the right people into Sippet and assign roles that match their real responsibilities.Before you start
- Decide who owns org-level configuration.
- Decide who needs operator access versus admin access.
Step 1: invite the member
InSettings > Team Members:
- enter the email address
- choose the role
- send the invitation
Step 2: review existing roles
Use the team list to confirm:- owners are minimal
- admins can manage configuration safely
- operators have the access they need for live support work
Step 3: adjust as the workflow matures
After onboarding:- promote or reduce access as responsibilities change
- revoke outdated invitations
- remove members who no longer need org access
What good looks like
- operators can work without broad admin access
- admins can configure channels and integrations cleanly
- the team roster stays current
