Team management controls who can operate the platform and who can change org-level settings. The current console supports:
  • team member roles
  • invitations
  • invitation role updates and revocation
  • member role changes and removal

Roles

  • Owner: highest access and org control
  • Admin: broad configuration access
  • Operator: day-to-day support and call-handling access
  • Member: limited org participation based on your workflow
