How does Sippet bill for plans?
Free PAYG is free with a weekly outbound limit, Discord, basic playbooks, and a single seat. Starter is €79/month for small teams, Growth is €249/month with no outbound call plan cap and up to 10 seats, and Enterprise pricing is custom with self-hosting plus a custom AI provider.
What integrations are available?
We currently support browser-based calling, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Discord, webhooks, API calling, GitHub knowledge, and custom SIP endpoints. Sippet can sync your data to existing CRM, data warehouse, or BI workflows including transcripts, call recordings, messages, and analytics.
Do you support inbound calling and human takeovers?
Yes. Sippet can route inbound calls through your IVR, let an operator monitor the conversation, and immediately barge in, or transfer to queue or another agent. Workflows can be different for revenue recovery, support triage, or research. Holding music included.
Is there a sandbox or trial environment?
Every workspace includes a sandbox mode where you can test your AI playbooks.
Can Sippet be self-hosted for compliance?
Enterprise customers can deploy Sippet inside their own VPC or private region. We provide Terraform modules, monitoring dashboards, and help you stitch in existing SIP trunks so recordings and transcripts never leave your residency requirements.
Can we choose our billing currency?
For now, invoices are settled in EUR. If you need another currency, please contact us support@sippet.ai
