These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sippet Technologies VCC products, websites, APIs, voice agent software, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Sippet Technologies VCC provides an AI-powered voice platform for inbound and outbound calls, live supervision, and operational workflows. We may update the Services from time to time and may introduce new features, beta services, or third-party integrations.
Sippet Technologies VCC is established in Sofia, Bulgaria.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Services are not designed for emergency or life-critical use. Do not use the Services for emergency dispatch or situations where failure could lead to serious harm.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use.

You retain ownership of all data, content, call recordings, transcripts, and materials that you or your users submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Sippet Technologies VCC a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data to provide and improve the Services.
By default, call recordings are retained for 90 days, unless you configure a different retention period or are required to retain them longer by law.
You are responsible for obtaining all rights and consents needed to provide Customer Data to us and to use the Services, including consent for call recording, messaging, and analytics where required by law.
The Services may use automated and AI-driven features. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a qualified human before use in important decisions. You are responsible for how you use AI outputs.
The Services may integrate with third-party products or services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or content.
Some Services require payment. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes in accordance with your selected plan and our pricing terms. We use Stripe to process payments and billing. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
The Services and all related intellectual property are owned by Sippet Technologies VCC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use the Services in a way that could harm others or the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Sippet Technologies VCC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify and hold Sippet Technologies VCC, its affiliates, and their personnel harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
