How does Sippet bill for plans?
Pay-as-you-go is free with a weekly outbound limit and a single seat. Growth is €200/month with unlimited outbound calls and up to 10 seats. Enterprise pricing is custom and includes self-hosting plus a custom AI provider.
Can we choose our billing currency?
Yes. EUR is the default settlement currency, but you can switch the console to show USD or GBP estimates. We settle monthly in EUR and surface the USD/GBP equivalents so finance teams can lock in budgets ahead of time.
Do you support inbound calling and human takeovers?
Definitely. Sippet can route inbound calls through your IVR, let an operator monitor the conversation, and immediately barge in, mute the AI, or transfer to another agent. Workflows can be different for revenue recovery, support triage, or research.
Is there a sandbox or trial environment?
Every workspace includes a sandbox mode where you can test your AI playbooks.
Can Sippet be self-hosted for compliance?
Enterprise customers can deploy Sippet inside their own VPC or private region. We provide Terraform modules, monitoring dashboards, and help you stitch in existing SIP trunks so recordings and transcripts never leave your residency requirements.
What integrations are available?
We currently support browser-based calling, webhooks, API calling, and custom SIP endpoint. Sippet can sync your data to your existing CRM, data warehouses, or BI tools including transcripts, call recordings and analytics in real time.
