# Complete org verification

> Submit the main verification information for your org and confirm email and phone ownership.

## Goal

Complete the verification steps your org needs before scaling outbound and trust-sensitive support operations.

## Before you start

* Gather your legal business information.
* Confirm which email address and phone number should represent the org in verification flows.

## Step 1: submit the organisation details

In `Settings > Verification`:

* enter the legal business name
* add the registration number
* add the legal country and website
* submit the legal profile for review

## Step 2: verify the email

* request the verification code
* confirm the code from the correct mailbox
* verify that the status updates in the console

## Step 3: verify the sandbox phone

* enter the phone number
* request the verification code
* confirm the code to validate ownership

## What good looks like

* the org profile is fully submitted
* the email and phone verification timestamps are present
* the team knows which contact points are approved for future workflows
