# Team members

> Invite operators and admins, assign roles, and manage who can configure or run support workflows.

## What it is

Team management controls who can operate the platform and who can change org-level settings.

The current console supports:

* team member roles
* invitations
* invitation role updates and revocation
* member role changes and removal

## Roles

* `Owner`: highest access and org control
* `Admin`: broad configuration access
* `Operator`: day-to-day support and call-handling access
* `Member`: limited org participation based on your workflow
