# Custom mailbox

> Connect branded mailboxes and outbound identities so email support runs through your own domain.

## What it is

A custom mailbox lets your org receive and send support email through a branded domain while keeping the workflow inside Sippet.

## In the console

In `Settings > Emails & SMTP` you can manage:

* inbound mailboxes
* sender identities
* listener settings
* mailbox-level metadata such as default AI-agent ownership

## Key concepts

* `Inbound domain`: the domain Sippet listens for
* `MX target`: the routing target your email setup points at
* `Sender identity`: the visible from-address and owner
* `Default AI agent`: the agent that can be associated with the mailbox workflow
